Your club software runs your operations. This knows your members.

Your longest-tenured pro knows most members by name. The rest of your team is still getting there. This closes that gap for everyone who touches a member.

The clubops.ai member portal home screen

An early look at the member portal.

Every system at your club is good at one thing. None of them know the member.

The tee sheet knows a booking. The point of sale knows a transaction. The tournament software knows a signup. Each does its job well, and none of them can tell you who a member is: what they play, what they spend, what they join, what they have quietly stopped doing. Clubs solve it with people, and the best long tenured pros are remarkably good at it, but that knowledge does not scale and it leaves when they do.

Which is why reaching your members is so hard.

You cannot build the right list, so everything goes to the whole club, once a month, and hope does the rest. The members who would have loved that event never notice it, and the ones who would have spent never hear from you at all.

Put your director of golf back in front of members.

Most directors can spend hours a day answering member questions one at a time. Members get accurate answers on demand, from information your team controls. The face of your club gets to spend that time face to face with members instead of behind a screen.

A member's home screen: house account balance, handicap index, league standing, and a caddie prompt asking what they owe this month

Describe who you want to reach, then send.

No lists to build, no exports, no filters. Say it in plain language: the men in the Thursday league with handicaps under ten, or the members who have not played since June. See who opened it, follow up with the ones who did not, and add a credit or an offer when it needs a push. Ask a question back just as easily, and know who you are hearing from, how long they have been a member and how they play, so you can respond properly.

A sent message's results: 306 delivered, 227 opened, a grid of who has seen it, the members who have not, and a button to nudge all 79

A house account worth using, on both sides.

Every charge itemized and attached to the right member the moment it happens, with a dispute in one tap instead of a complaint three weeks later. Staff stop keying hundreds of paper slips into the point of sale at the end of a shift. The club gets a real record of what members buy instead of a lump sum on a monthly statement.

A house account statement itemized by charge: restaurant and beverage cart, each line with the item, tip and tax

Two things get added on top of what you already run: a place where your club and your members actually talk to each other, and a record of everything that happens between them. Your tee sheet, point of sale, and accounting stay exactly where they are, and get more valuable for it.

And your members get a club that knows them back. One place to ask a question, book a round, find a game, join an event, and see their own club life in one view.

Adam Boyle

I spent my career as a VP of Product and Engineering, building and scaling software used by some of the largest companies in the world.

I have loved building things for as long as I have loved golf, which is most of my life. This is my attempt to bring the two together, and to build it with clubs rather than at them.

Founding design partners

I am building this with a group of founding clubs. Partners get a standing seat in what gets built: the problems you bring shape what ships, and you see it working at your club first, live for the 2027 season.

The fit is simple. You want your membership experience to be better than it is, and you want the systems you already run to finally point at the same member.

A few lines is plenty. I reply to every message myself, usually the same day.

Tell me about your club.
